Jimmy Fischer - Banjo, Guitar, Vocals.

Jimmy has been playing Bluegrass music for 36 years, 24 of those years he has been with Saltgrass.  His hard driving banjo licks are second to none in the industry winning him several awards.  Jimmy's love for music, drive for perfection is a winning combination to produce the unique sound that they have today.  Jimmy has written many songs to his credit that is favorites among Bluegrass Fans everywhere; "Shelly", Saltgrass Ride,  "Stars, Stripes Tattered and Torn" is his most recent project. Jimmy received an endorsement from Deering Banjo Company in 2004 and plays a Deering Golden Classic Banjo. Jimmy lives in Lake Jackson, Texas with his family.

   
    
John Brockett - Guitar, Vocals.

John sings lead with his high tenor voice that is recognized everywhere the band goes.  He plays a fast paced, hard driving rhythm guitar that helps produce the sound that Saltgrass is known for today.  John's ability to harmonize, sing acappella or lead provides the group the opportunity to add variety in their music with the vocals.  He has been in Bluegrass music for 23 years of which 19 of those years have been with Saltgrass.  John lives with his family where they call Magnolia, Texas their home.
     

 
  
Clinton Caroon - Mandolin, Vocals.

Clinton plays mandolin and contributes his baritone vocals that brings that true Bluegrass sound to the Saltgrass Band.  His love for Bluegrass music and the fans is truly heartfelt as you can see during his performances.  He sings lead on several songs as well as taking breaks on his mandolin.  Clinton has been in Bluegrass music for many years and a member of Saltgrass for 16 years.    Clinton lives with his wife in Conroe, Texas
     

   
Jim Lowery - Bass, Vocals

Jim has many talents that he brings to the group, which includes playing a hard driving bass.  He also sings lead as well as providing back-up vocals, blending harmony to many of the group's song selections.  Jim does most of the Master of Ceremonies work for the group as well as being a practical joker and joke teller.  He always keeps the fans laughing during their performances.  Jim has been in Bluegrass music for many years, plays a variety of instruments as well as being with Saltgrass for 12 years.  Jim & his wife, live in Spring, Texas.
    
   
Timmy Fischer -  Mandolin, Guitar, Vocals.

Timmy loves playing Bluegrass music, which he demonstrates with his hard driving mandolin & guitar licks, which contributes to the group's sound.  Timmy sings lead on several songs that the band performs as well as providing back up vocals.  He has been involved in Bluegrass music all of his life, playing since he was 8 years old.  Timmy has been with Saltgrass for 3 years.  Lake Jackson, Texas is where he calls home.
